I thought I would post some pictures of Taylor from this month. I know I've been a little behind (and off topic) lately!! Enjoy the cute pics of Tay and her funny faces.

Blog Ring

So, I wanted to get some feedback about what you think of a Blog Ring. Basically, you join the "ring" and then everyone who is on the same ring can hit a "next" button and go the the next person on the ring's blog. I find myself always checking out our friends' blogs but then I sometimes have to go back to my blog to click on the link for another blog. Does any of this make sense??
So, RingSurf is a company that hosts Rings where you can create your own ring and monitor and accept only those members that you want on your ring. (so random people couldn't just join our ring!) I've already created a ring to try it out so if you want to join it do the following:
Click on "Magnolia" over on the right. (Right above "Powered by Ringsurf") This will take you to the Ringsurf page. Scroll down just a bit and click on join this ring. You'll have to add a "Page Element" to your blog and paste the code that Ringsurf provides in the HTML/Javascript area of your page element so that the Banner will show up. Then when I approve you as a member our blogs will be linked through the ring and if all of our friends are on there we can see all the blogs quickly.
Okay, so if you think this is a dumb idea or way to much work just let me know and I will abandon it. Just thought it was worth a try. Also, if I haven't explained this enough give me a call!

The Biltmore Estate

Here are some pictures I took at the Biltmore Estate in Ashville, NC. I spent last weekend visiting Becky, one of my best friends who moved off to Atlanta after college and has, sadly, never come back :( Of course this gives me a good excuse for a trip (by myself!!) We had lots of fun eating and shopping in Atlanta and then eating and touring in Ashville. Did I mention eating??
For those of you who might not know, the Biltmore Estate was the home of George Vanderbilt (think late 1800's). It is still owned by his family but has been open to the public for tours since the 30's. This 'house' is amazing! It's 125,000 sq ft, which is around 4 acres - inside! There are 4 stories plus a basement and attic. And George built this as a bachelor!! Could you imagine that on "The Bachelor"?
But even with all the glamour of the house, I think I enjoyed the gardens even more. They were planned by the same man who developed Central Park in NYC. The azaleas were in full bloom and everything was so pretty.
I had a great weekend away and it was really nice to see Becky and meet Graham*! *who I think is a keeper... I do have to say though it was a really nice treat to see Eric and Taylor waiting for me at baggage claim.

Want $25 for Free??

Refer A Friend using Revolution Money Exchange

So, this has nothing to do with Taylor but I know a few of you who check the blog will be interested. There is a new website called Revolution Money Exchange that is in competition with Paypal. Basically, an online service that allows you to send money or request money from other members but unlike other sites they don't charge fees. Right now as an incentive to get business they will give you $25 to sign up! That's free money! Also, if you refer friends (like what I'm doing here :) ) you get a $10 referral bonus. I've searched on the web to make sure this is a legit company and from what I can tell, it is. They've been giving the signup credit for awhile now and it is set to end on May 15th so, if you're interested, I would jump on this. Just click on the green box above to sign up.

The pool is officially OPEN!

Sorry, no picture today! Just wanted to say that Taylor and Mommy officially went for a dip in the pool today. It was so warm out today so we were splashing our feet in the water. Well, Taylor's pretty persuasive, so we put our suits on and got all the way in! I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time in the pool this summer. And I think I know of a few people who are looking forward to the return of "Sunday Afternoon Swim!"

How time flies!!

Here's a comparison of Taylor from the bluebonnet pictures a year ago to today.

Bluebonnets!!

We had such a fun day today taking pictures in the bluebonnets with our friends and having a picnic at the park. The kiddos were so cute together and all of them were on their best behavior for us! It's not easy getting six babies to sit for the camera in a bunch of flowers with bumblebees, butterflies, and little rocks to play with!! We had a great time though and I'm so glad we can capture these moments of our children doing fun things together.

Here are Luke, Taylor, Kinley, and Trey
